Léa Fabre-Fiorio is a French ceramist based in Brussels, Belgium. She discovered clay after studying photography at the Belgian art academy La Cambre. Through the ceramic medium, she found a way to express herself, blending contemporary design and traditional craft practices. Her sculptural pieces explore the tensions between harmony and imbalance, integrating accidents in a playful study of form. She specialises in the potter's wheel as the main technique in her work, and often keeps her pieces raw to accentuate the plastic expressions of a wide palette of different clays.
